Mashed with a simple base of 100% Riverbendmalt, comprised of Chesapeake Pilsner and a touch of Chit Malt. Hopped heavily throughout the boil with Columbus, and then hopped in the Whirlpool with a smattering of Michigan Centennial. Fermented with our House IPA Yeast, spunded for natural carbonation, and Dry Hopped only once, but very heavily with a fat charge of Pink Boots Hop Blend and even more Centennial.
